Blackburn Rovers FC is seeking an HR professional to provide generalist HR support across the club. You will advise staff and managers and contribute to HR initiatives with a focus on safeguarding and inclusion.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Safeguarding, you will coordinate safer recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding while maintaining compliant employee records and timely HR system entries. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be required.
