Brand One Digital, a dynamic division of Blackburn Media is looking for a Graphic Design & Video Editing Specialist to join our growing creative team. Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling graphic designs for digital and print media.
- Shoot, edit and produce engaging video content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Adapt creative assets to meet platform specifications and campaign objectives while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.
- Collaborate with Programming and Promotions to develop relevant, engaging digital content for our audiences.
- Schedule and manage digital ads according to client specifications.
- Support the growth of permission-based marketing databases through e-newsletters, contests, and incentives.
- Assist with the execution of local social media strategies.
- Generate creative concepts for advertising campaigns, online contests, and new content initiatives to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, preparing regular reports to identify opportunities for increased engagement.
- Support local execution of corporate sales and programming initiatives.
- Contribute to additional creative and digital projects as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Digital Marketing, Web Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong creative eye with a passion for visual storytelling, photography, and design.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid G Driver’s License required (some driving may be necessary).
