Working within one of the very busy catering outlets that make up the College Refectory Services, you will provide a first class service to customers by serving hot and cold food and drinks and ensuring that the restaurant area is cleaned regularly throughout the shift.

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week / 36 weeks per year term time plus additional hours of 15 per week for 5 weeks outside of term time (dates will vary year-on-year).

Work Pattern:

  • Monday 9.30am to 6.30pm (1 hour break)
  • Tuesday 2.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 2.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Thursday 2.30pm to 6.30pm

What we are looking for: Applications are invited from candidates with a good standard of education to at least NVQ Level 2 including English and Maths with experience of working on a till. You must also have a Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to undertake one. Experience of working in a catering establishment or similar environment is desirable.
