About the Role

As a key member of our Lunchtime Supervisory team, you will help ensure that pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well‑managed lunch break. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and across the school premises during lunchtime.
  • Supporting pupils’ wellbeing and promoting positive behaviour.
  • Encouraging safe play and helping to create a calm, friendly midday environment.
  • Working independently or as part of a supportive team to manage the lunchtime routine effectively.
