This role will focus on providing information and guidance to our colleagues in the metalwork industry, so you will need to become confident and knowledgeable in the services we offer (full training and support provided). The position is located in West Horndon, Essex. We are looking for an individual that is reliable, professional and shares our high standards of customer service. Day-to-Day responsibilities: Making outbound calls to introduce our company and the services we provide. Typing and sending our quotations and following up in a timely manner Handling all inbound calls relating to sales inquiries. Building relationships with industry colleagues. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team. Communicating with colleagues, and industry colleagues via telephone, email and face-to-face. Working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be adaptable and proactive.
