Your Mission & Purpose
Your goal is to champion the shop floor and support the management team in running operations like clockwork. Through your enthusiastic coaching and mentoring, you will elevate team productivity, maintain flawless product quality, and confidently manage the shop in the manager’s absence.
What You’ll Master & Drive
- ⚡ Vibrant Retail Leadership: Keep service fast, energy high, and ensure the team is packed with expert product knowledge. Drive sales with creative sampling and exciting new product launches.
- Amazing Display Techniques: Lead the charge in visual merchandising! You will master and teach show-stopping display that strictly follow our Blackbird display standards, ensuring our counters always look perfect, full, and irresistible.
- Production & Stock Excellence: Monitor stock levels proactively to avoid shortages, manage wastage, and ensure only top-tier products hit the shelves.
- Team Growth & Coaching: Lead high-energy team briefings, manage seamless opening/closing routines, and actively support the manager with team training and performance coaching.
