The Opportunity
We’re opening up a brand new role at Blackbird. This is not a desk job. This is about getting out there, opening doors, and bringing new customers into the business. For the next 6 months, we’re looking for someone to own and grow our wholesale accounts — cafés, offices, partners, anyone who should be serving Blackbird but isn’t yet. The role is designed for someone ready to step up commercially and prove what they can do.
The Role
- Drive new wholesale business from scratch
- Identify, approach and win new accounts
- Build relationships with local businesses and partners
- Work closely with Head Office and Production (CPU)
- Turn conversations into live, trading accounts
What Success Looks Like
- New accounts opened and trading
- Strong, consistent sales from those accounts
- Clear pipeline of future opportunities
This role is about results, not activity.
Pay & Incentive
ÂŁ15 per hour, 2 days per week - Max 16 hours + 3% commission on total sales from each new account, paid every 3 months. The more you win, the more you earn.
Who This Is For
- You’re commercially minded and proactive
- You’re confident talking to people and selling
- You don’t wait — you make things happen
- You understand Blackbird and believe in what we do
- You’re ready to step outside the shop and think bigger
- No previous “sales title” needed — mindset matters more.
Why This Matters
Wholesale is a big growth lever for us. This role is the starting point. Do this well, and the role could become Full Time.
