This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager__In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules.
Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability.
You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.

Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work model: Hybrid Create and maintain detailed production schedules to maximize resources and meet specifications and delivery dates.
Release manufacturing work orders and execute daily plant-level MRP to meet production requirements.
Define operation sequences and lead times aligned to the master production schedule.
Monitor schedule adherence, identify root causes of deviations, and drive corrective actions.
Define and maintain inventory parameters in ERP; partner with Buyers to optimize supplier performance.
Align inbound material planning, call-offs, requisitions, and purchase orders with Operations and GBS.
Analyze excess, obsolete, and aging inventory and drive cross-functional optimization actions.
Perform planning & fulfillment analysis and provide regular performance reporting to business leaders.
Qualifications for the Role Have detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control and warehousing Experience using MRP / ERP systems Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and proven ability to identify improvement and implement improvements to business processes IT Literate having experience of Excel Benefits ABB offers a full range of benefits to help you thrive at work and beyond.
