Overview: We are a well‑established security systems provider looking for a CCTV Service Engineer to support growing operations. This field‑based role covers Worcestershire and surrounding areas and reports directly to the Operations Director.
Duties:
- Install and commission small and large‑scale Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems
- Carry out detailed on‑site diagnostics, identifying existing and potential system issues
- Clearly communicate findings, solutions and recommendations to customers
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements by understanding customer needs
- Ensure customers are fully satisfied and sites are left clean, tidy and compliant
- Support management with stock control when required
- Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies through training and toolbox talks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience within the security industry
- ECS or CSCS card with sound Health & Safety knowledge
- Emergency First Aid at Work certification
- Working knowledge of British Standards relating to installation and maintenance
- Strong hands‑on experience with Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems
- Confident fault‑finding and troubleshooting across a range of systems
