Due to expansion, Next Generation are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work with a leading global manufacturer based near Droitwich. As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day NCRs, looking into & implementing corrective actions whilst also being able to lead internal audits.

Duties Of The Quality Engineer:
- Create and manage comprehensive quality plans.
- Review, document, and communicate best practices through the Quality Management System.
- Ensure that management systems accurately reflect business activities and promote consistent, efficient, and effective working practices.
- Implement and maintain international standards, especially ISO 9001, with experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Handle day-to-day NCRs within the production environment.
- Containment, Root Cause and Corrective actions/Investigations and 8Ds.
- Liaise with key functions to solve production issues.
- Write and update internal documents.
- Support risk management initiatives and ensure oversight of compliance activities to ensure thorough and routine adherence.
The successful candidate for the Quality Engineer position will have the following experience:
- Degree qualified within an Engineering discipline (Desirable).
- Customer escape management and resolution using Quality tools (RCCA, 8D, 5Y, PFMEA, etc.).
- Experience in conducting internal audits (Essential).
- Checking for defects & quality issues (Essential).
- Excellent attention to detail (Essential).
