Overview

Next Generation is recruiting a CNC Turner to work with a leading global manufacturer producing machined components for the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating Fanuc-controlled lathes.

Shift

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Duties

• Write and edit CNC programs (G & M codes)
• Operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Perform offsets and tool changes
• Adjust speeds and feeds
• Run multiple lathes concurrently
• Monitor cycle times
• Basic machine maintenance

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience operating Doosan Puma lathes (essential)
• 3–5 years programming in Fanuc (essential)
• Experience checking for defects and quality issues (essential)
• Ability to manage cycle times (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail (essential)
