Location: Redditch

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic depending on experience plus overtime & on-call rate

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial mechanical pipework
  • Boiler rooms and system installations
  • Commercial boilers including forced-draft burners
  • Working with natural gas and oil systems
  • Chilled water systems and AHUs
  • Air-cooled chillers, including fault finding
  • Understanding and working knowledge of electrical services and control wiring

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Commercial Gas Safe certification
  • F-Gas Refrigeration certificate
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and to a high professional standard
  • Experience across commercial plant rooms and HVAC equipment

Works will be carried out on site in Redditch and, from time to time, travelling to clients nationwide. You will support a growing portfolio of sites across the UK.
