About the role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Strategic Account Manager to join the JustGiving team in a role which owns a portfolio of strategic event and mass participation partners, helping them deliver outstanding fundraising and participation experiences through JustGiving.

You will combine commercial insight, sector knowledge, and collaborative working to drive retention, growth, and long-term impact for our event partners and the causes they support. This role will suit someone with strong strategic account management and business development experience working with events or event delivery teams, ideally within digital platforms, ticketing, registration or fundraising technology environments.

What you will be doing

  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across strategic event partners
  • Develop and deliver partnership plans that drive retention, revenue growth, and expanded use of JustGiving solutions
  • Use performance data and market insight to identify opportunities, manage risk, and inform strategic recommendations
  • Lead regular partnership reviews, sharing clear insights and aligning internal teams around partner priorities
  • Represent JustGiving and Blackbaud externally, contributing to our voice in event-led digital engagement

What you will bring

  • Proven experience managing complex strategic accounts within events, fundraising, or digital platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen, with confidence forecasting performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience and knowledge of the UK Mass-Participation Event Management sector
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Credible communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, self-directed approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
