We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our JustGiving team on a 12-month maternity cover. You will help shape how our products are positioned, communicated, and adopted across both B2B and B2C audiences. Partnering closely with our Junior Product Marketing Manager and working crossâfunctionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand, you'll play a critical role in driving clear goâtoâmarket strategy, customer value, and longâterm growth. This role is well suited to a handsâon, bigâpicture marketer who enjoys influencing strategy, building trusted partnerships, and using insight to make a meaningful impact for the social good organisations we support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value across priority segments.
- Lead goâtoâmarket strategy for launches and major enhancements, partnering closely with Product and Commercial teams to drive adoption.
- Equip Sales with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively communicate product value and grow and retain our customer base.
- Work closely with Product Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Provide market, customer, and competitive insight that informs product direction and strategic decision making.
