Professional Services Consultant page is loaded## Professional Services Consultantlocations: Remote – United Kingdomtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: R **About the role**As part of the Professional Services Team, reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will be working alongside a team of Technical Consultants and Project Managers to help a range of non-profit organisations transform their business through the implementation of new Blackbaud software, or the optimisation of existing Blackbaud solutions.You will act as the client-facing Blackbaud representative and fundraising subject matter expert throughout the client relationship lifecycle; identifying and researching business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Staff Consultants understand business workflows, are innovative with problem-solving and create optimised solutions for our customers.**What you’ll do*** Delivering client facing workshops for customers with new, or existing Blackbaud software* Gathering and analysing information and using it to develop effective solutions to problems; devising workable solutions; raising risks and implementing fixes* Investigating and anticipating customers’ current and future needs* Mediating to reach agreements where there is difference of opinion between stakeholders* Completing system design workshops; data mapping; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); functionality testing; workflow design; best practice improvements; data health checks; data quality testing; data migrations (imports/exports); database configuration and supporting customers going through organisational change**What you\’ll bring*** Experience working with CRM Solutions in the non-profit sector or in a professional services setting* Problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience handling varied tasks in parallel* Understanding of fundraising systems, workflows, best practices and how they enhance fundraising activities with knowledge of some the following programs – Major Giving, Prospect Research, Direct Marketing, Planned Giving, Events, and Volunteer Management* Experience with Blackbaud CRM Solutions including Raiser’s Edge NXT (preferred)* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)* Track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and deliver collaborative, innovative solutions**#LI-REMOTE**Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on , , , andBlackbaud is a digital-first company which embraces a flexible remote or hybrid work culture.
