About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join the JustGiving team on a 12âmonth FTC who will work with a portfolio of leading UK charities. You will partner closely with large charities to help them retain and grow donations on the JustGiving platform, using insightâled account management and consultative selling to unlock new opportunities. This is a highâautonomy role within a supportive, experienced team at an exciting stage of product and platform growth.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Own and grow a portfolio of charity accounts, maximising retention and donation growth through account plans, pitches and new initiatives.
- Partner with charities through regular reviews, using data and insight to shape strategies that increase engagement and fundraising impact.
- Identify, qualify and close new opportunities, including wider platform adoption and digital services.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning JustGiving as a longâterm strategic partner.
- Collaborate across JustGiving to deliver value, promote new features and contribute to the wider fundraising conversation.
