Responsibilities
- 5+ years of Dynamics AX functional experience preferably including AX 2012 R3.
- At least one full lifecycle experience is a must covering – requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, customizations, system configuration, data migration, testing, etc.
- Functional area knowledge: Retail HQ, MRP, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management; Product Information Management, Procurement and Sourcing, WMS, TMS, POS.
- Functional process knowledge: Retail merchandising, Store replenishment, Wholesale customer orders, Trade agreements, Concession stores and Franchise, Intercompany replenishment using MRP, Direct deliveries, etc.
- Good communications and client interaction skills with ability to run and lead functional workshops.
- Good at gathering and analysing requirements, documenting business/system processes and creating functional specifications for customizations.
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple parties and stakeholders involved.
- Exposure to integrating AX with 3rd party systems like external POS, WMS etc. (desirable).
