This is an urgent opening for a Delivery Manager for a permanent position based in London, England.

Responsibilities
- Functional expertise in either Application Management Services (AMS) or Infrastructure Management (IM).
- Must have successfully handled a Managed Services contract with defined SLAs and risk/reward clauses, as SDM or SDH.
- Knowledge of Service Delivery tools and dashboards for a single or multiple service lines.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the UK geography.
- In-depth understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Prior experience of managing multiple service lines for the same customer (Applications and Infrastructure Services, or Applications and Business processes).
- Transition experience as a Transition Manager or Service Delivery Manager or Service Delivery Head.
- Ability to work in a matrix-ed organization structure (across the boundaries of organizational units).
- If not personal experience, at least the knowledge of basic TUPE regulations.
- At least one work stint for a General Insurer or Life & Pensions provider (can compromise on this for exceptional candidates).
- Willing to travel to India as per work needs, could be up to 10 to 15% of the time, though likely to be lower.
Desirable
- Experience or ability to handle subcontracted service providers on a main contract.
- Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance requirements in the UK General Insurance or Lloyds Insurance market.
- Hands-on TUPE experience.
- Ability to optimize service delivery across Applications and Infrastructure services.
- Anticipated work experience is 14 to 18 years, but flexible on this account.
