Kim is a Solicitor in our Private Client team. Kim qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and advises on all aspects of estate and succession planning including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. Kim also deals with the administration of executry estates including complex Inheritance Tax matters, contentious Legal Rights concerns and ascertaining and realising assets both in and outwith Scotland and the UK. Kim is looking forward to completing further studies to work towards becoming a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
