The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
Based in our Glasgow office, you will provide high quality legal advice and support services to our clients, to assist the firm in achieving its stated professional and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be able to deal with both testate and intestate estates from start to finish.
- Experience of dealing with estates where inheritance tax is payable.
- Prepare an estate account.
- Experience of preparing simple wills and powers of attorney.
- Ideally have experience in running Guardianship administration files and preparing accounts to the satisfaction of the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Ideally have experience in drafting Guardianship applications and minutes of renewal.
- Good file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Able to handle own case load.
- Ability to meet time recording and fee targets.
