We are working with a forward-thinking and growing legal business looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor into their team. This is not a traditional, heavily structured environment. The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to a broad range of corporate work and the opportunity to operate as a trusted advisor to clients on both legal and commercial matters.
You will play a key role in delivering practical, solution-focused advice while managing your own workload and contributing to the wider growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Leading on a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures and shareholder arrangements
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying risks and offering pragmatic, business-aligned solutions
- Working collaboratively across teams and contributing beyond your core specialism
- Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where required
- Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical grounding with the ability to handle complex matters independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment
- Highly proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where appropriate
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
