We are a well-established Legal 500 practice recognised nationally for excellence in Family and Children Law. The firm continues to expand following significant growth, and we are now looking to appoint a talented Family / Children Solicitor to join our respected team with flexibility to be based in Leeds, London, or Kent.

The Role
As a Family Law / Children Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload including private and public children law, divorce and separation, domestic abuse matters, and financial remedy cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and provide expert advocacy and advice.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and the Head of Department to support continued growth and quality of service.
- Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives across your region.
This role offers genuine autonomy, along with access to high-quality work, administrative support, and clear career progression opportunities.
About You
You will ideally have:
- 2+ years’ PQE in Family and/or Children Law (all levels considered)
- Experience handling both private and public law children matters
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
- Children Panel membership (advantageous, but not essential)
