Job Summary

You’ll join a collaborative team working from a modern office with excellent infrastructure and an established local client base. Your Role

You’ll manage all stages of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. You’ll communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, maintaining a proactive, professional approach to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. You’ll take ownership of your workload, meeting deadlines while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional client care.
