Your Role

You’ll act for clients in all areas of contentious probate, including disputes over wills, inheritance claims, and estate administration conflicts. Your responsibilities will involve drafting pleadings and legal documents, liaising with counsel and experts, attending mediations, and representing clients in court proceedings. You\\\’ll manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, working independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About You

You are a qualified solicitor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to contentious probate matters. You bring sound legal judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive disputes with empathy.
