Are you ready to take your family law career to the next level? My Client is looking for a motivated and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive legal practice. Whether you're eager to take on your own caseload or you're looking to build on your client relationships and advocacy skills, this role offers you the autonomy, backing, and flexibility to succeed.

This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in family law, confident in managing a varied caseload. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while shaping your own progression and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.

In this role, you will manage a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse cases. You'll provide strategic advice with empathy and professionalism, preparing documents, conducting advocacy where required, and maintaining outstanding levels of client service. You'll also be encouraged to grow your own caseload, with the support of the wider team and the opportunity to shape your own path within the firm.

You’re a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in family law (though highly capable NQ solicitors will also be considered). You bring not only legal knowledge and experience, but also strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You are comfortable working independently, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and thrive in a collaborative team culture where client care and excellence come first.
