My Client is looking for a dynamic legal professional to handle a varied caseload and deliver exceptional service in a supportive and progressive environment. If you thrive working independently and are passionate about achieving strong results for your clients, this role is an ideal match.
This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience across general civil litigation and family law. You will take ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction to resolution, working on a wide range of disputes and family law matters while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.
You will manage a mix of civil litigation and family files, including contract disputes, property issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. You will advise clients, draft legal documents, liaise with third parties, and conduct advocacy at interim hearings when appropriate. With autonomy in your daily work, you will also be involved in negotiations, mediations, and business development activities that help maintain and grow the firm’s client base.
You are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in litigation and/or family law. You have a solid grasp of civil procedure and family law processes, excellent drafting ability, and the confidence to manage your own caseload. While advocacy experience is a plus, your communication skills and client-focused mindset are what truly set you apart.
