The Commercial Property team acts for a varied mix of UK and international clients, including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and established overseas organisations. You will gain hands-on experience from the outset, working closely with both partners while developing direct client contact and greater responsibility as your confidence grows.
The work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Property finance and refinancing
- Property support on wider corporate transactions
- Advising UK and international businesses and investors
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors through to those with around two years' PQE. You should have completed a strong Commercial Property seat or already be working within a recognised real estate team. More important than having covered every type of transaction is a sound technical foundation, a commercial outlook and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
