The Role
As part of their high-calibre team, you will:
- Advise clients on a range of employment law matters, including HR issues, policies, TUPE, and business restructures.
- Act on contentious matters, including employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution.
- Provide corporate support, advising on employment aspects of M&A deals and business transactions.
- Spend two days per week on secondment with a key client, gaining in-house experience and building valuable relationships.
- Work closely with the London-based Partner, playing a key role in growing the firm's presence.
- Contribute to business development and help drive the firm’s success.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years PQE with solid experience in employment law (both contentious & non-contentious).
- A commercially savvy, client-focused approach.
