Are you an ambitious and talented Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded City of London law firm is seeking a skilled solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join their dynamic and accomplished team.

The firm is full service and is recognised for its excellence in commercial property law, offering high-quality and complex legal services to a diverse and prestigious client base. The team is led by three City-trained Partners with extensive expertise, supported by two accomplished Associates and a seasoned Consultant. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal solutions and fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The Role

As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you will handle a varied and challenging caseload, encompassing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Portfolio management
  • Development projects
  • Landlord and tenant matters
