We’re seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our London team and lead the delivery of complex and high-impact civil engineering projects across the built environment. Responsibilities

  • As a technical leader, take ownership of projects from concept to completion, overseeing specifications, drawings, and contract documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and international standards, integrating SuDS, highway design, and below-ground infrastructure into multidisciplinary designs.
  • Manage projects spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for coordination and delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting technical excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, change control, and programme accuracy to support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in civil and structural design, experience in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, NES, Cymap, and Microsoft Office.
  • Qualification: BSc/BEng or HND/HNC.
  • Ideally a member of MCIBSE or MIET; Chartered status — or progress toward chartership — is desirable.
