Key Skills and How You’ll Make An Impact

Your expertise will sit at the heart of project success. In this role, you will:

• Bridge engineering and commercial delivery - Bringing commercial insight and financial discipline to multi‑disciplinary design teams across mechanical, electrical, structural, civil and controls engineering.
• Protect and enhance project performance - Owning project P&L, managing margins, cash flow, variations and risk, while keeping programmes on track.
• Lead with confidence and credibility - Acting as a trusted partner to clients, subconsultants and internal stakeholders, navigating complex conversations with clarity and professionalism.
• Drive structure and improvement - Establishing and refining commercial and project management processes that support consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Support sustainable growth - Identifying opportunities for organic project growth while maintaining contractual and commercial integrity.

Your background in commercial and/or project management within an engineering or consultancy environment will allow you to make an immediate and lasting difference.
