The impact you’ll have

  • Mission critical BIM leadership – Implementing and embedding BIM strategies and ISO 19650‑aligned standards that support fast‑track, high‑reliability data centre delivery.
  • Data driven quality – Overseeing model coordination, QA and information management to ensure accuracy, constructability and trusted asset data.
  • MEP led coordination – Using your deep understanding of MEP systems to drive multi‑disciplinary coordination in highly serviced, space constrained environments.
  • Team development – Coaching and managing BIM professionals, supporting performance, progression and retention within a demanding project landscape.
  • Consistency across regions – Working closely with global BIM teams to align tools, libraries and processes across UK and European data centre projects.
