You will act as a specialist focused on technology and innovation, driving new tools, workflows and digital solutions that strengthen MEP BIM capability across the business.

Although advertised for our London office this person could be located with any of our other UK offices, Manchester, Newcastle or Edinburgh. We operate with 3 days in office and 2 days at home per week across all UK offices with flexibility to choose which days.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience in MEP BIM environments and model development
  • Experience or interest in automation and scripting such as Dynamo, Python or APIs
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with exposure to Navisworks, Solibri or similar tools
  • Understanding of BIM standards and processes including ISO 19650 principles and information management
  • Experience with Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Docs or ProjectWise
  • A mindset focused on innovation, optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to assess new technologies and implement scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
