Lead, build, and leave your mark. From our rapidly growing central Manchester office, you’ll help to shape a new Civil & Structural Engineering team delivering complex data centre projects. You will be involved in the recruitment and mentoring of engineers, set the standard for technical excellence, and accelerate your career—supported by a culture that values accountability, integrity and quality.

What you’ll do
- Act as Principal Structural Engineer, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary design teams to meet programme, budget and technical scope.
- Produce designs, drawings and specifications; compile contract documents; ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
- Maintain planning and cost control; identify and manage scope/schedule changes via formal change control.
- Champion engineering quality, sustainability and safety across the lifecycle.
