Essential skills
- A chartered engineer
- Have a relevant degree in electrical building services engineering, or equivalent qualification, and sufficient suitable experience.
- Track record of having worked on a variety of data centre and mission critical projects
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of local and international building standards and codes
- Experience with contract law, health & safety legislation, and commercial project management
