- Leadership on Mission‑Critical Projects: You’ll take the lead on designing high‑performance mechanical systems for hyperscale and colocation data centres, influencing everything from concept strategies through to completion. Extensive experience in mechanical building services engineering, ideally within mission‑critical environments such as data centres, healthcare or high‑tech manufacturing. Expertise in HVAC system design, cooling strategies for high‑density environments, chilled water systems, AHUs, heat rejection systems and associated mechanical plant. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, IES and CFD modelling software. Strong ability to prepare specifications, schedules, contract documentation and budget‑aligned design deliverables. Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients at senior levels. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) with a recognised institution.
