At Black & White Engineering we're looking for a Resident Site Engineer to join our team and oversee MEP installations on cutting-edge Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe.
About the Role
In this client-facing position, you'll work closely with our design teams to ensure installations meet our designs and specifications. This dynamic role combines on-site supervision with office-based mechanical design reviews, offering variety and exposure to high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design and specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and project managers to resolve issues and document deviations.
- Attend meetings, review documentation, and provide detailed reporting.
- Conduct surveys, factory visits, commissioning attendances, and audits.
- Review mechanical designs for buildability and maintainability prior to execution.
