- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline
- 0–3 years’ experience in engineering, architecture or project coordination roles
- Understanding of multidisciplinary design projects; exposure to mission‑critical sectors is beneficial
- Familiarity with RIBA Stages 0–5 or equivalent design frameworks
- Awareness of MEP systems, civil/structural elements, and design coordination processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
