As Senior Project Manager - Grid you’ll focus on grid services within EMEA, leading all aspects of medium to large projects with multiple clients, managing and leading teams of multi-discipline professionals and coordinating the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the project delivery. This role can be based at our offices in London (preferred) or Glasgow city centres in the United Kingdom. We work hybrid, 3 days per in the office and 2 days from home. Some travel throughout the EMEA region to project/client sites and BV offices will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Managing risks related to cost, schedule, and quality throughout the full project lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client satisfaction
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing
- Coordinating technical requirements relating to grid and substation projects
- Obtaining new/repeat business and supporting contract negotiations
Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in grid and/or substation projects within the UK and wider EMEA region
- Proven background or managing and leading teams of multi-discipline professionals
- Experienced in coordinating the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the project delivery

Preferred Qualifications- PMP certification
- Experience working with similar engineering consultancies
- Experience in data centre design, EV charging infrastructure, BESS projects
