Our Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer with a strong instinct for how products should behave and a natural curiosity for finding where they might break.
You’ll work closely with our Development, Product, and Design teams to help us deliver a smooth, high quality experience to our users.
You don’t need to be highly technical on day one, but you do need a solid understanding of how to test effectively, how users think, and how features behave in real world scenarios.
We value a thoughtful, user focused approach to testing far more than deep automation expertise.
We do desire you to have the aptitude and the enthusiasm to learn automation and technical tooling, we’ll support you as you grow those skills.

In this role, we expect you to be self-driven, proactive, and comfortable performing the core responsibilities of a QA Engineer as part of a fast moving, agile team.
Requirements
- Raise risks, identify gaps, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Own quality control throughout your team by helping to improve processes, aligning with product and streamlining testing.
- Perform both functional and non-functional testing in planned and exploratory formats across both our website and desktop application.
- Learn to build and maintain automated end-to-end tests as part of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and contribute to discussions around feature behaviour and edge cases.
