We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Business Services team. You’ll be playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day to day finance activities, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting UK regulatory compliance and requirements.
Working closely with our leadership team and external partners, you will contribute to reliable financial reporting, support audits and statutory filings, and help maintain strong financial processes as we grow. As our Finance Manager, you will also provide accurate financial data to support decision making and group level reporting.
Location: Remote with the UK
Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000

Responsibilities
- Manage our UK and international payroll, ensuring all of our employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Track compensation changes, salary reviews, and other remuneration adjustments.
- Manage and complete all company bookkeeping; including posting invoices, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Manage prepayments and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Authorise, and process manual payments as required.
- Oversee expense processes and corporate card compliance and ensure timely reimbursement and clear understanding of relevant policies.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external financial service providers.
- Lead and coordinate the business through internal and external audits, and support preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
- Provide financial data to support group level reporting and analysis.
- Ensure all finance processes comply with company policies and UK regulatory requirements.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submissions.
- Support the monthly and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and submit financial and payroll data required by regulatory and statistical authorities (e.g. ONS surveys).
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficient experience using Xero accounting software.
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP.
