How you'll make an impact
- Define strategic design direction and vision for key areas or initiatives
- Collaborate with design, product, strategy, and technology leaders to align on direction
- Clearly communicate strategic design direction to designers and teams
- Drive impact as a force multiplier—amplifying team efforts to better solve customer problems
What you'll do
- Champion and drive product principles and practices, including exploring new critical thinking approaches to solve complex customer problems
- Introduce new technologies, techniques and design tools to improve performance and process
- Ensure strategies are set up to scale and evolve solutions to critical customer problems across multiple teams and areas of the business
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver stunning and effective end-to-end product experiences
