Black Swan is part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of fabulous food pubs, located just 1 mile from the M23 and Pease Pottage services. It is a quality and friendly English pub with a large garden, function room, great food, drinks and coffee, a cosy bar and roaring fires. The pub has been recently refurbished and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We’re growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
