We are partnering with a leading financial market infrastructure organisation to appoint a VP level Control Testing/ Assurance individual within its Regulation & Compliance function. This is a senior 2LOD leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Compliance Monitoring & Testing framework across a highly regulated capital markets environment.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years Monitoring & Testing / Compliance Assurance experience in the UK
- Strong experience of FCA regulatory oversight within exchanges, clearing houses, investment banking, or broader market infrastructure businesses
- Capital markets or market infrastructure background
