We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management - Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of growing Investment Management operations function in London. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to diversify their asset class coverage across Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives.
You will get exposure across front to back processes, systems, and stakeholders, with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed on time across Equities, Fixed Income, OTC and ETD investments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational data.
- Support project delivery and ad-hoc operational initiatives.
- Help identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
About You:
- 1–2 years’ max experience in an operations, admin, or coordination role (or strong graduate with relevant experience) from Investment Bank, Asset Manager or Custody.
- STEM based degree is highly desirable.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems - advanced Excel VBA Macros being highly advantageous.
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
