We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end post trade operations for OTC derivatives across multiple asset classes. Please note we need candidates with Buy Side Asset Management experience for this role, this is a specific client requirement.
The successful candidate will manage operational processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team responsible for the lifecycle of derivative transactions. Investment Operations teams typically manage the full post-trade lifecycle from trade capture through settlement and reporting ensuring transactions are processed accurately and processing life cycle events on OTC transactions, and driving projects to improve Operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- OTC Trade Lifecycle Management and Team Oversight
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC derivatives trades, including:
- Trade capture and validation
- Confirmation and affirmation
- Clearing and settlement
- Collateral management
- Valuation and reconciliation
