We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management - Operations Associate to support the day-to-day running of growing Investment Management operations function in London. Please note we can only consider applicants with direct Asset Management and Investment Management experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone in their career who wants to diversify their asset class coverage across Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives - multi management Investment Management.
You will get exposure across front to back processes, systems, and stakeholders, with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed on time across Equities, Fixed Income, OTC and ETD investments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational data.
- Support project delivery and ad-hoc operational initiatives.
- Help identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
About You:
- 1-3 years’ max experience in an operations role from an Asset Manager or Investment Management.
- STEM based degree is highly desirable.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems - advanced Excel VBA Macros being highly advantageous.
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
