Black Swan Group is seeking an ETF Operations Specialist to act as ETF SME, owning infrastructure escalations and linking internal Operations with front office, brokers, exchanges, custodians, and vendors.
You will oversee the full Trade Lifecycle across Bookings, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions and Settlements, manage complex operational relationships, and engage senior stakeholders under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
