A growing hedge fund that is building new operations and trading infrastructure, is currently in the process of implementation of Enfusion (CWAN) in London.
The new Portfolio Management System, Enfusion, will deliver a front‑to‑back operating management framework to support the business across its investment pods.
The business focuses on Alternative Investment Strategies covering Private Credit, Fixed Income, Equities and Convertibles and is in an ambitious period of operational growth and building out hedge fund infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities – Enfusion Operations Implementation Consultant
- Support the implementation of Enfusion PMS/OEMS and play a pivotal role in the rollout.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and cross‑functional business groups, including Compliance, Risk Management, Finance and IT.
- Leverage recent Enfusion PMS/OMS implementation experience to optimize operational workflows and help teams derive efficiencies.
- Act as a conduit between the implementation team and business users, providing technical support, training and continuous improvement.
- Assist in customizing Enfusion modules to meet the specific needs of the business lines.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the organization.
- Maintain a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and deliver results quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work 5 days in the office, supporting PMs and Traders directly.
Prerequisite Requirements – Enfusion Operations Implementation Consultant
- This role is well‑suited to an Enfusion Operational SME / Consultant – with SME Enfusion technology knowledge, understanding Enfusion GL, unified data flows, Enfusion managed services and continuous improvements and bespoke customization.
- Ability to work with the Enfusion Implementation team, and acting as a conduit between the business, cross‑functional teams and IT.
- Enfusion SME technical problem‑solving with user training and Enfusion implementation and delivery.
- Technical product knowledge across Alternatives, (Fixed Income, Private Credit, Equities, and Commodities).
- Availability – given this is a 4‑month contractor engagement, looking for someone with availability to start ASAP.
- Excellent communication and training skills to guide non‑technical users and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to deliver quickly.
- Working Model – 5 days in the office and supporting the PMs and Traders directly.
