Investment Platform Services Manager – Aladdin SME - Buy side in City of London

A leading multi-billion-dollar City investment firm has created a new Investment Platform Services function and is now hiring a Manager to work closely with the Head of the team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Platform Services, this role will support the build-out and ongoing development of the function. You’ll contribute to the design, delivery, and optimisation of investment platform services in a growing, high-profile environment.

The role sits across Operations, Technology, Data, Change, and Investments, with responsibility for supporting key supplier relationships and acting as a point of contact for change initiatives with third-party vendors — most notably BlackRock, as the business are working through a major Aladdin implementation.

This is a hands-on managerial role, combining day-to-day BAU support with project and change work.

We are looking for a strong Aladdin SME, ideally with experience working closely with BlackRock, and a solid understanding of OTC derivatives. The role suits candidates from an operational background across order management, portfolio construction, trading, compliance, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions who are looking to develop within a platform-focused management role.
